things are getting dull i say we need some manner of stirring things up, ya know maybe more monday madness, maybe an amateur map night, you know what i mean vince maybe some silly maps like ballon race or billiards some way to get things shook up again

ArenaZone is known for its Arena-ness.
If we change it now, it wouldn't be ArenaZone. It would be some random server with Normal Games on Mondays, maps that suck 95% of the time on other days, and Arena.
We wouldn't want that, now would we?

Yeah pac, I've been thinking about that... I would like to get more events going, but then people get mad that "omg it sez arena but is not!1!11!" so I'm not sure at the moment... Maybe I'll just find some good custom maps for the time being.

im suggesting we run more madness on mondays which as we've discussed wouldnt work weekly and maybe some amateur map night like community made not that we turn into a 24/7 dustbowl server sonic

I wasn't saying that.
But plus, although you may enjoy Monday Madness, it definately isn't a success within the server, we rarely have a good outcome, and really, what's the point?

how can you say rarely to my knowledge we've had 1. rarely implys that we've had more that one, forget it. i missed the first one and i thought it was a cool idea and wanted to be in on one. the point is things are getting stale its the same old song and dance every day, lumberyard ravine maybe some well, hopefully badlands, nothing real special i think we've even had it just stay normal a few times, on fridays im looking for something special, and right now its not there

Uh, no, Monday Madness was the name for the 2-man tournament thing.
And yeah, I think that having another Monday Madness would be a good thing... Okay, how about two weeks from today (December 1st) at 8:00 CMT.
